What's included in the Free plan?
Personal alerts with basic health monitoring, your Acute Card with QR emergency access, one Circle member, manual Get Help, test alerts and 30 days of incident history. Free stays useful forever.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time from Billing on the web or your app store subscription settings. Changes to a paid plan take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Is my health data secure?
Raw health history stays on your device. The server receives only privacy-minimized alert payloads and the latest readings you choose to display. Acute Card fields are encrypted at the application layer. We never sell health data.
How many people can I add to my Acute Circle?
Free includes 1 member. AcuteAlert+ and Family include up to 10 Circle members. Family also adds 6 protected family seats with a shared dashboard.
How does the free trial work?
Paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. Subscriptions purchased on iPhone or Android are managed through the App Store or Google Play; web subscriptions are managed in Billing.
Will I be charged twice if I subscribe on web and mobile?
No. Your entitlement is unified across web, iPhone, iPad and Android. If you already have an active plan we show you where it is managed instead of offering another purchase.
