Detect

Apple Health on iPhone and Health Connect on Android deliver heart rate, oxygen saturation and more. You grant only the signals you want watched. Timing depends on your devices and operating system — we show you the last sync so you always know how fresh it is.

Rules

Rules are yours: metric, above or below, threshold, how long it must persist, and a cooldown. Conservative starter rules are suggested but never enabled without your confirmation.

Alert

You are notified first. One question: are you okay? Answer I'm OK to resolve instantly, or Get Help to bring in your Circle right away.

Circle

Your Acute Circle is a private group of trusted people. Each has a priority, notification channels, and the exact permissions you grant.

Escalate

If you don't answer within your response window, members are notified by priority on the schedule you set. Escalation stops the instant you resolve.

Resolve

Every alert has a timeline: triggered, notified, acknowledged, resolved. Test alerts are clearly labeled so your Circle always knows the difference.

Works without health data

Get Help, Watch Me, Acute Circle and Acute Card all work even if you never connect a health source.

Persistence, not panic

Single spikes don't create alerts. Rules require the reading to persist, then apply a cooldown so nobody gets storms of notifications.
